Pleasant Point Golf Course has mainly flat course-wide fairways with large, undulating greens. The signature hole is #9, a 185-yard, par 3, requiring a well-placed tee shot along side the water to reach the large green, with bunkers along each side of the green.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,602 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,705 yards. The course features 4 par threes with each a different length and all with water in play.
